Shows Random items and causes more issues with customers ordering the wrong items also makes it next to impossible to unsubscribe.

Regarding the issue of random product recommendations, please note that the app gives you full control over what is displayed. While it does generate automatic suggestions based on your store’s sales data, you also have the option to manually set recommendations and choose exactly which products you want to appear. This flexibility is designed to ensure relevance and accuracy. There are also some filtering options available for our random recommendations, making it less random (by collection, product type, vendor and tags)
Regarding your concern about unsubscribing — we understand how frustrating that may have felt. Just to clarify, our app fully complies with Shopify’s billing and subscription process. Once the app is uninstalled, the subscription is automatically canceled, and all charges are handled directly through Shopify. However, if you encountered any issues during this process or believe you were charged in error, we’d be more than happy to look into it and issue a refund if needed.
