It integrates fantastic. Its lacking in the visual aspect and what I can change.
Looks like its from the early 2000's.
Am i missing where to change the look of the buttons? or is this not a feature?

It's awesome. That's about it! But I have to type more to get to 100 characters to leave my review so I guess I'll say it's impressive how they analyze cart data for recommendations.
Great app! Highly recommend this great app to any store owner who is looking to increase AOV.
While launching our new project (eCom Jewel), I was interested in a Frequently bought together extension.
After a very unproductive and highly time consuming process of trying to get support, I finally gave up. I have no doubt they have a great product even though I couldn't get it to work on my end. I asked 4-5 times about a better way of getting support that didn't involve sending 10 emails but sadly they were not open to the idea.
All in all it was a frustrating experience, I don't understand why jumping on a quick call would be such an issue. I did ask specifically for this 4-5 times but not luck. I moved on now trying different apps that offer live chat or calls.
My recommendation is that if you're going to try this app, make sure you have your own developer and won't need support since it's email based ONLY...

We are always open to apologize if our app does not work properly or if we made any mistake, but I have reviewed the full conversation that our Support Team had with you and, honestly, I think we acted correctly here.
Your store is password-protected so we cannot see it. We asked for a preview link, or a temporary access, or a video, or a screenshot. You never provided any of them "for privacy reasons". We cannot tune the app configuration and styles for your store if we cannot see it.
I understand that you don't like email as a communication channel, even when we replied to all your emails in a matter of minutes but please note that the problem was simply that we could not assist without seeing your store.

I like using the bundle feature. Easy to select products. Arranging the widget location for the bundle is easy to.

This app does exactly what it says it will do and I love that it crawls past orders not just new orders so that your store immediately has smart recommendations. Two features that would be nice to see in the future that aren't available as of yet are the ability to see the exact product that is sold threw the app and to have recommendations at checkout as well. If that was added it would get 5 stars.

Good app with good support. It very smoothly, I can customize eveything on this app which I want. I like it.
Well I just got it so I can't speak so much on behalf of the app just yet but so far I do like it and I think it will reesult in more bundle purchases.
