The algorithm automatically filters out archived products.
It takes some time to update the products' data on our side after changing their state, but it is normal, and many factors affect the delay.
After checking your store data, we can confirm that product data is currently synchronized with your catalogue.
I hope we can clear up this misunderstanding.

We have checked our app access using different browsers and locations and we cannot see any problem.
Maybe you could not access the preferences due to a temporary network issue or maybe the URL in your browser was not correct due to the recent navigation changes on the Shopify Admin. Please try again when you have a chance.

This app is by far more superior to any other similar app in my opinion, and I;ve tried quite a few.
The look and feel can almost completely be customised in the app and it's a doddle to install.
