The app has a serious issue which makes using it very difficult and annoying. It refreshes data so quickly that working with the app is almost impossible

I love the idea of this app! It's so exciting and fun! It's also very simple to use and not all that expensive. Lastly, the customer service is fantastic! I had like a million questions and now I don't have any.

Seems like it could be perfect but not loading all my customers so there's no way to link all my current outstanding credits for use online etc. Reached out to customer service (phone and web) and no one has gotten back to me...

It is an excellent application that perfectly loyalty to my clients. Best of all Customer Service!..

Good app and good service. Could do with some more reporting/filtering stuff.

Annoyed that my customers cannot view their store credits, depending on what device or browser is used. The credit also kicks out any other discount (wholesale or vip). Disappointed!

The app is so easy to use as a store owner. A good solution to the issue of how to manage store credit without using gift cards. There is a limitation of one discount/code per order. Because I use a discount code for my wholesale customers, I cannot use this app for my store.

We had an issue with the app loading in our custom theme. We hopped on chat and Cara solved the problem instantly. Great app. Great customer service.
