Update: I have raised the review. They responded promptly and issued a refund as a gesture of good will. I still recommend that CTO totally rebuild their user interface, document how the app works, and make life easier for their customers.
I can't believe how awful my experience with this app has been! When I tried to get it set up back in February, I followed the directions I was given in each step. I was told to pay one way, and then had to go back and reset my payment for the app so that it would come through Shopify. The user interface is one of the most difficult and confusing that I have ever tried to use -- both in the app and on the website. Then, when I wanted to cancel my account, I was told by someone at the company that they couldn't find my account, but they assured me that if I uninstalled the app, I wouldn't be billed anymore. Three or four days later, a bill came through, and now I have to try to figure out how to get the billing stopped (the Shopify help center didn't) and get a refund. What a pain, what a mess, and what a horrible experience. The only thing this app has going for it is that the people who are working on it are nice.
Works great!! Transfers all the information and sales data.
Very disappointing. I didn't even get to the point of testing it, because the site is designed poorly and is problematic to navigate. Options are not intuitive and they wanted me to email them to import past purchases from Shopfiy into Freshbooks. Subscription cancelled. I'll stick with manually copying the data over.

But after trying for sometimes, I've decided not to use it and removed the app.
And I canceled my account from your page too.
What I didn't realise is the fact that after 30 days of trial, You started to charging me 2 x 19 dolar for every month.
I've only saw on my paypal account today.
And I canceled it from there also.
But till today, it looks like I've made:
