Freshly is designed for retailers, suppliers, and other players in the distribution chain selling CPGs, perishables, or regulated products such as food & beverages, cosmetics, cannabis, and pharmaceuticals. Track products by batch or lot to more effectively manage expiration dates, inventory levels, reduce product spoilage, manage product recalls, and limit available daily stock.

This app has revolutionised our store and we truly couldn't operate without.
It works flawlessly and offers an efficient and effective way of tracking our batches across our warehouse.
The team over at freshly go above and beyond in assisting their customers, even when they don't have to. I can't fault them enough
Excellent app with amazing tech support. No longer need to worry about whether stock is getting short-dated as Freshly automates it all for us. Our customers have full visibility of the shelf life of the product they're buying (although you can choose not to display it too), and we have full traceability. Also helps us to comply with VMD regulations for animal medicines. Highly recommended if you have perishable products.

The app is great. Very easy to use and eliminates manually tracking multiple expiration dates. Customer service is amazing. I was having trouble with integrating expiration dates to my store and they went in and set it all up for me.

Works great for tracking our batches of items.
I've been using Freshly on a store with specific inventory tracking needs as part of a strict food safety program. It's worked wonderfully the whole time and there are surprisingly very few other options for this app/service. Additionally, some of the other options are way overpriced.
Recently, a new Shopify feature allowed me to remove a complicated system I had in place for specific warehouse fulfillment/inventory based on shipping location of the order, and the new strategy caused a communication error between Shopify and Freshly data.
The support team at Freshly was quick to respond to my request and helped me implement a system that meets all my needs perfectly.
I appreciate the product and the service and strongly recommend Freshly to those looking for managing inventory and lot/batch data easily. I also recommend that anyone who uses Freshly get comfortable importing and export batch data.
