Fantastic crm, honestly they have thought of it all, and constantly adding to intergrations, it as reallly improved our business setup and structure. the support is fantastic, we rely on them to jump on zoom calls with us and constantly help us move forward and make most of their features, big shout our to our account manager kevin for all his help

The app has a lot of marketing features at a not-so-high price. Most of the time it works.

However, I have faced some important issues with email marketing campaigns and journeys that took a while to be fixed affecting our scheduled campaigns.

So far I've really enjoyed this integration. You must be using Freshmarketer or Freshworks which is a deal breaker. But thus far I've really enjoyed the CRM, Marketing Tools, Customer Journey, Email Campaign Builder, etc. They really are great tools. Thus far we haven't had to use any other sms, email, or marketing platforms and I doubt that we'll need to. In my search for the best CRM I landed here because of mainly this Shopify integration and the marketing abilities all in one platform. We have not used the What'sApp integration yet. My only complaint thus far has nothing to do with integration and only with the stage/pipeline/project management side of the CRM.

Great app and one of the easiest ways to connect and communicate with customers. The feature of the chatbot is amazing. been using it for a couple of months now, worth every buck.
And hassle free integration with WhatsApp and automated flow.

Don't do this for your business, even avoid to download , once you link your WhatsApp number , you can't use them at your mobile anymore ,and there is no option at the system to remove it , waiting 2 weeks already , they still not disconnect my number , and i can't manage my business now and contact customers directly from my phone , need to login to the limited and not friendly use app they develop, i am going to take legal action against them
