the app is just perfect, Great functions to help customise your product and sync our products inventory perfectly, the support is super fast and helpful. Once you get used to this app after set up, everything is a breeze, this app has saved me so much time, would definitely recommend. We are extremely happy with the product and amazing support. Very impressed with the level of support I received from the guys at Cedcommerce. I have been using ced commerce for many apps in my shopify stores. The fruugo integration app is one of the ones most valuable to us. Great 24/7 service. Highly recommend. There are a LOT of functions, you can manage the custom inventory for your products, can amend products prices before sending them on fruugo & many more. I found the app really helpful. Saved a shed load of time as was easy to import the product listings from shopify to fruugo. It basically duplicates everything including inventory and images etc.

I did have a query on what type of images were acceptable and found their support exceptional. Really helpful and reassuring. Stand out marks on that point for sure.

That's an issue I've had with a few apps, customer service being a bit shoddy. Have been happy with the apps functionality thus far. The main reason I did it was to shorten the time I'm having to spend on admin and its certainly fulfilling on that aspect.
I subscribed to the basic version so I can't comment on the difference between this and the advanced one, but has been worth the investment as my organisation is small.

Great support in setting it up. Communication via whatsapp was a bit much though, was a few misunderstandings where they hadn't heard what I was saying or querying, aside from that everything else in ease of getting it setup and onboarded was great.

We are using this app on our Shopify store and no issues so far. Perfectly integrates with our Fruugo store so we can manage our orders from one place.

Started using this app last year December 2018, so far so good. But still, we need more conversions.

App made us so much easy to list our products on Fruugo we have over 20000 SKU's so it will be not possible to list them without this app and order start coming straight away :) GOD BLESS

Decent app for fruugo integration. Really great support from the team with quick turnarounds. Highly recommended

Maybe one star is too much. Interesting journey with this ap. Tried to load first time and never ever heard back from company with api information after I applied. I gave up and deleted the ap off my store. Three months later I receive and email asking me to come back? I explained my bad experience (or lack of one) and I awas assured all would be great this time. So, I loaded the ap and applied for a seller account. A week goes by and I have to contact customer service. Srajan was quite friendly and told me it take 2-3 weeks to get a sellers account. Ok, I never saw that mentioned anywhere. So, now out of sport, I am waiting to see if I hear back (for the second time) and then who knows if the ap is good for my shop? Lots of time invested in this ap, be prepared.

Now we are a month further and I have heard nothing! I contact help and they tell me to contact someone else.
