Yashwita has been an absolute critical asset in getting our feed live. We wasn’t initially compliant due to issues with our products, however, after a lot of back and forth with Yashwita going out her way to fix our feed for us, we are live! Incomparable customer service, thank you.

The app is very simple to use, very easy to import products from shopify to app to fruugo marketplace and is also easy to do the work. Very user friendly with responsive support which helped us get up and running - in particular Aman helped us out.
Integration appears to have worked well. Customer service is excellent.

I must say, CedCommerce customer support is absolutely amazing (specially James, Hello James, "waving emoji"!!). I have been using the app since its beta version and you can see that they are improving and adding more features. At first the interface can be a bit daunting but after a few minutes you can get the grip of it. The best part is that it is all automated and no need to use Fruugos back office. The second best part is that unlike most other channels around Shopify, you do not need to have your store in USD and can be based around the world. I do recommend the app. Regards, S
