Fuel: Print on Demand

So far everything has been going smoothly as we transition all our products to Fuel and Max has been very helpful on getting all our questions answered. We have not experienced the super long turn around times (only about 7 days which is reasonable considering the circumstances) and they look to only be getting better from here on out. We have worked with another division of their company in the past and the quality has always been stellar. Keep in mind Printful has a 6+ week turn around time right now and they won't even let you create new print items so not sure why some of the recent 1 star reviews recommend switching to Printful. You don't get all the bells and whistles that Printful/Printify offer but if you have any experience in the apparel industry then in my opinion this is a great option as you simply can't beat the prices & quality.

Very user friendly and great customer support. Had a couple of queries that were promptly answered and taken care of.

Wow very happy I gave this app a try before the holiday season started! The prices are easily the best compared to any other app, the fulfillment is quick and the print quality is very good. Definitely worth making the switch!

*UPDATE* Changing from 5 stars to 3 because after a month or 2 of wearing one of the test shirts I had printed, I noticed the print started cracking and flaking. Not a huge amount but, honestly, when trying to grow an apparel business any amount is too much. All the other positive things remain true but I may just end up finding a new pod service for the time being over this.

Made a switch from Printful to Fuel and so far have not been disappointed. Before I go on, it must be noted that the printed colors from Fuel were nowhere near as vibrant as Printful's printing. Having said that, Fuel offers low enough prices that I was able to significantly reduce prices for my customers while simultaneously increasing my profit margin. The quality of products is mostly on par with Printful, though with less options. Oh, and the excellent shipping speed must be noted. Its my understanding Fuel uses expedited shipping at no extra cost (or something like that). Im looking forward to more improvements on Fuel and definitely looking forward to having more options in products but for the time being Im definitely sold on Fuel.

I have had nothing but a good experience with this company. The turnaround is some of the fastest and if I have an issue with any garment customer service responds quickly and takes care of the problem. Pricing, you can't beat. Thanks for helping my store take that next step.

Excellent service! super-easy usage when creating a product, t-shirt quality is really good, and fast shipping (to Australia) in spite of COVID-19! highly recommended! The people who work there are extremely helpful!

With 4-5 years of experience in POD I tested like 20 different services and apps... Never seen such low prices and fast turnaround time before!
