Worst customer service in the history. Long shipping time. Gives you a daily excuse on why your item isn't shipped yet. After digging deeper, I realized their items are shipped from CHINA while pretending to be from US. BE AWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.

They are not transparent about their shipping at all.

Installation was quick and hassle-free. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I’m excited to start creating and see where this takes my store! So far, so good.

Customer service is top notch

I highly recommend this POD company. The app is pretty simple to use, and we have many satisfied customers who have purchased t-shirts printed by Fuel POD. Issues don't happen often, but when there has been an issue, they are great to work with ensuring a satisfied customer in the end. I cannot say the same of some other POD providers I have used.

Customer support has been very quick, team responds to the queries quickly and supports with all the possible resources. I have not received any negative comment on the quality of the product that I have sold so far. Would recommend this for anyone to start.

My customers give a 5 star reviews for the orders, the support, the operations are super streamlined in Fuel, and best part Fuel is it also provides them at best prices, which I have never seen anywhere. Highly recommended for any starting their POD business.

I gave them 2 chances and they cancel orders without telling you leaving upset customers. They lock my account saying my own custom designs are trademark violations. Even though they are clearly not. I have recommended this app to a lot of customers but have now got them all using custom cat which is much better and has MUCH better customer service and USA products. AVOID FUEL!!!
