Worst POD company ever. They will ruin your business. Don't fall for this trap.
They are actually ScalablePress (the worst POD company in existence). They just renamed themselves to FUEL since they have zero reputation and they are ashamed of their name "Scalablepress" and their old app had 1 star and was kicked out by the Shopify.

Orders over last 2 months have taken 8+ days to ship with at least one order taking 17 days to ship from the payment date. Support is slow and not helpful. My last orders are now at 10+ days post payment and i am being told they are waiting on blanks! Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

Hello Eric. Thanks for your honest feedback. We are getting more blanks to fulfill our orders. The blank shortage is industry-wide, but we are also taking steps to help improve the situation for all of our sellers. Keep your eyes open for an announcement in the near future.

The product quality problem could not be solved, and I received many complaints, 1* rating from customers.

A horror story... Just like some comment from this page... they always tell you that your orders are on the verge to be shipped... I wouldn't recommend this company to any serious and long term seller... Two weeks since order date. TWO WEEKS !!!!

Thought this app would be a great provider for our company. Placed an order for a couple hundred dollars for some samples, multiple shirts had defects in their printing. A lot were already chipped straight from the box, prints weren't centered or aligned correctly, some shirts looked like they had run out ink as the colors were faded. Certainly not the kind of products we would want our customers to receive.

I can not satisfy with your service. Very Slow, Delay without notice. Refuse and refund at the end of handling time. Not only one time you make me disapointed.

Update as of june 2022: FUEL POD used to be good, right now, they are atrocious. So many delays with shipping times. They'll give some updates about their shipping times being 3-5 biz days when they fully know its not true. So many other reviews of them being absolutely bad in recent months.

I appreciate your honest feedback and totally hear you. The production times increased to issues securing blanks from our suppliers. However, orders with more available stock are going out within or around our estimated production times. We are taking steps to improve our overall production times. Keep your eyes open for more information in the near future.

Initially, I would've given them 6 out of 5 stars. They were prompt, the orders were on time (and insanely fast), and the prices were outstanding. Then orders started getting wrong....and the wrong items were shipped....and they were taking longer and longer....until finally I am having to sever my relationship with them altogether. There are still positives about this app - but the fundamental aspect of a fulfillment center is to fulfill orders...and Fuel simply cannot do that. Customers were waiting 4-5 weeks with no end in sight for orders - until I started having to refund customers their money. Hopefully they get their act back together - but for now, you should avoid at all costs.

$5 for one shirt plus $3 for each additional. This is greed, this is robbery! If they do not change this, do not use them!

They are doing aweful now, we have to wait over 10 business days for our orders be shipped out, and when they ship out, they split customers order and send multiple pacakges, that's painful for international customers, especially it's higher chance to get lost in transit.
We have bad reviews complaining the long time waiting, customer get tired of, so do we. Super tired of this shity service, even in last year Christmas they are not as aweful as this......
