Great prices and fast fulfillment. Shipping rates are inexpensive and they ship internationally. Not too much to complain about I have had a few hiccups with their inventory and some small quality issues but overall they are offering a great service at a very low cost.
Some of the best prices you'll find on Shopify for POD - my sample order arrived quickly and the quality is great. There's one asterisk, though, and it's that in terms of features it's still a pretty primitive service. Most notably, the selection is kind of lackluster (especially when it comes to hoodies and sweatshirts), and you're strictly limited to front and back printing (so no prints on sleeves or in-garment labels). These are all features that most competitors have, so it's a bit of a blow to lose them. I would hope that the Fuel team is actively working on both of these, as they're pretty difficult features to part with, especially for fashion brands that want greater control over their lineup. There's a ton of potential here, and the Fuel team seems to be very responsive to any inquiries, which is a promising sign. I can't say I'll be using them as my primary supplier as of now due to their lack of print and garment options, but the moment they alleviate those two concerns I will have no problems changing that. And if you don't have the same demands I do, you really can't beat Fuel for the price and quality.

Update. Finally got a response. Much appreciated. Will see how things go from here! As anew customer, I would expect better. Submitted one product to test the service. Cannot get a support answer now. Fours days and counting. Happy to change the star rating if Fuel would step up and provide some actual customer service.
The app is pretty easy to use as far as picking out material and uploading designs, and they have the best prices I have seen on shirts. Really good, responsive customer service. Very quick turnaround time. After a customer's order comes in, it goes into production quickly and usually ships the next day.
The only negatives for me, If you need to go back to make changes to a product it can be a little confusing, After I make changes to a product and send it back to the store, I find that all the editing and descriptions i did before was gone and had to do it all over. It just takes a little time to know your way around and how it integrates with Shopify.
I really like your services a lot and I believe you all can do better. With any dark color shirt please add an underlay. It will be a game changer for your companies reputation. This will do yourselves a great favor reducing the issues of ink bleeding through the shirt. I think if you make the effort to do so and add more options of print style like vinyl you all will be golden. A company that listens to their customers are bound for greatness. Even if you have to raise your prices just a little to be in the competitive range to invest more into this one way of improvement. Y'all will be fantastic.
*Update 8/18 They are doing much better now, and many improvements since end of July.
Firstly almost all the orders can be shipped out in 15 business days as described, and 50% orders shipped out super fast which is impressive in COVID situation.
Secondly their mail system respond faster than before, now normally all the emails can be replied within 48 hours I am ok with that
Thirdly chatting window respond faster too, and most of time it's very helpful with my order issue, big thanks
But I still wish the order fulfillment time could be even in future, so far some of orders shipped out in 2 business days and some of them shipped out over 10 business days or longer
Hope they can keep improvements and doing better in future!
After a long-time struggling with Fuel and finally they are showing some improvements, but I am still looking forward for more, they ususally to ship out orders in 1-2 business days, I understand COVID situation but I hope all the orders can be shipped out in 7 business days instead of 15 business days.
Also I wish they can stop sending separate package to customer when customer actually ordered 2 shirts in one order, it's very confusing and cause burden on customer service
Last but not the least I wish they can enhance QC to stop sending issue shirts which will save both of our time :)
I love this app! great reasonable prices. I had been using printful before and i wasn't making a profit unless i made my prices extremely high but now i get the best of both worlds a POD company with great prices and i make a profit. Plus the first 30 days you get a discount on prices.The customer service gets back to u within 30mins and are very nice and helpful. I cant wait till they add more items.

It was a bit of a rocky road in the beginning, but once I was able to reach someone from Fuel, they were amazingly friendly and assisted me with an order issue I was having. They continued to follow up with me throughout the process, notifying me when my order was sent to print and when it was shipped. This really helped me change my mind about them and I will continue to use their services in the future!
How many times do I need to reach out for support before they contact me back? I’ve sent three emails about an order and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. They are giving my shop a bad reputation, unfortunately and I want to use their service.
Aside from that, quality is mostly good. The colors don’t entirely match when you receive the item so the mock-ups looks way better than how they actually turn out. If your design colors are really close to the shirt color, order a sample. I had to remove pieces from my store because of this.
Hope to hear from ANYONE soon. I can change my rating if they make it right. I guess we will find out.

The prices and everything are great, but at first when I had orders come in they would not sync with the app, so I tried manually putting them in and that did not work either. The support is unavailable on the weekends which was a little frustrating, but once I was on with them on Monday they smoothly helped me fix the issue. Once the company grows and so does the support team I am guessing these issues will be ironed out.
