They are censoring anything to do with President Trump. No matter if you own and create your own artwork or not. They use AI to knitpick and cancel orders without notifying you. Our company has made them hundreds of thousands of dollars and they just cost us over 400 sales. We are done with Fuel and will be making our own shirts going forward. This is a waste of time app for anyone who is a freedom loving American who knows there should be no censorship in a FREE COUNTRY. Before they say anything, we are Flag and Cross website. We have no issues with standing up for Freedom and letting people know who we are and why we are upset.

Offering a competitive base cost for POD, diversity in catalog, they have good CS team also. Therefore, in high-peak season, fulfillment can take more time.

The staff at Fuel has been amazing to our team; they get things done, make things right, follow up, and offer advice on things to sell. I couldn't ask for a better POD vendor to work with. I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm happy, my customers are happy. Keep the Fuel tank on full! =)

I had this app installed awhile back. Ran out of blanks and notified me when the order needed urgent fulfillment. Would not recommend, causes more stress than needed.

Be forewarned. This company censors your free speech. They will randomly cancel orders and not even email you. They have become political and they are also now using AI to go through your designs. They earned hundreds of thousands of dollars from our company over 11 months. Now, they want to be the police of what you can and cannot create (even if you have a graphic artist). I used to be a HUGE fan, but my loss of customers has been so great because of the way they have handled things and small businesses can't take their delays and censorship. My company can take the nearly $100k that Fuel earned from our sales and give it to a provider who will not censor based on whomever is printing the apparel.
