Customer service was available when I needed them and promptly answered my questions. Rest is all pretty standard just like other popular POD apps. Can't wait to upload my designs and see how it goes. Thank you!
I love how customer service helped me set up the store. Phoebe was very helpful from beginning to end. App integration was also seamless. Definitely recommend Fuel.
Using Fuel app has been an excellent experience so far. I appreciate the help and support I have received from these guys.
Mug sample was very low quality. Design was not centered. They told me they'll reprint the mug and in the same email stated that the image is copyrighted. the image is a screenshot of a tweet that i have permission to use. Also, if it was copyright flagged, why did you print it the 1st time? You get what you pay for with this supplier. Too many great POD suppliers on the app store to deal with this one. Only good thing with this company is the fast customer service. Horrible print quality.
P.S. they have shipped out 3 mugs and 2 of them were low quality. 1 was in good shape.
I love Fuel the most among other apps I am using on shopify. When I narrow it down to print on demand apps that I have considered or am currently using, Fuel is best suited to my specific needs and I'd relying on these guys for most of print orders.
