For our team, Fulfil.io is much more than a Shopify app, it is our central software that runs our business operations. The software is very intuitive and has allowed our team to work more seamlessly with added checks and balances, automation, and defined business processes based on best practices. We are able to handle complex workflows, orders from multiple channels, and gain insight into our production in more efficient and effective ways than we’ve ever been able to. The support team is comprised of eCommerce/wholesale supply chain experts who provide a consultative approach to support. They continually help us improve our business processes, incorporate automation into our workflows, and provide in-depth thought-out answers to questions. We spent years searching for the best ERP software for our needs. We evaluated many options, went through multiple scoping processes, and an implementation that we pulled the plug on before finding Fulfil. Fulfil continues to meet and exceed our needs serving as our trusted partner and software in powering our growth.

Absolutely fantastic! Really helpful to pool all our sales channels, inventory, accounting, productions etc. under one system. Fulfil gives us clarity into almost every aspect of the business which leads to better more informed decisions.

Bad from the start— we paid for professional services to ensure a smooth transition, but were trained on incorrect workflows. When things didn’t work because of this, they blamed us for doing it wrong repeatedly before helping us solve the problem. We couldn’t trust the data that came out— both because it was set up wrong in the first place, and second because the data would fluctuate without reason. Unit costs for certain SKUs would change multiple times a day, even when there were no changes in inventory (no orders for this SKU, no returns for this SKU, no received POs). Once, we had to halt operations because fulfil.io pushed hundreds of years old, canceled orders into fulfillment, meaning we had to go in our WMS, find them all, and manually cancel them. The UI was needlessly complicated. Go with something else.
