Bad from the start— we paid for professional services to ensure a smooth transition, but were trained on incorrect workflows. When things didn’t work because of this, they blamed us for doing it wrong repeatedly before helping us solve the problem. We couldn’t trust the data that came out— both because it was set up wrong in the first place, and second because the data would fluctuate without reason. Unit costs for certain SKUs would change multiple times a day, even when there were no changes in inventory (no orders for this SKU, no returns for this SKU, no received POs). Once, we had to halt operations because fulfil.io pushed hundreds of years old, canceled orders into fulfillment, meaning we had to go in our WMS, find them all, and manually cancel them. The UI was needlessly complicated. Go with something else.
