Fulfil has been an integral part of us being able to grow our businesses to the next level. Fulfil provides us with the ability to run reports not native to Shopify, next level inventory tracking, purchase order tracking/receiving, among many other key features. Fulfil is essentially the source of truth for our multiple brands and sales channels, and I could not imagine my day to day without Fulfil being a part of it!
Fulfil.io has been a game changer for managing our inventory and operations . The platform makes it easy to stay on top of purchasing, forecasting, and fulfillment. It’s helped simplify some pretty complex workflows. Their customer service team is knowledgeable and always quick to help when needed.
Fulfil is essential to us operationally in terms of warehouse fulfilment and inventory management. In a fast-growing business, we need a platform that is agile and can accommodate changes to our business strategy. The integration with Shopify works well and the development team are constantly working on material platform improvements to enhance useability and functionality. The Fulfil support team are excellent.
Fulfil.io provides a solid overview of our inventory, covering purchases, manufacturing, and shipments, and is especially helpful for companies with multiple warehouses. Its visibility into stock movement is essential for improving forecasting and understanding demand. Customizing processes was straightforward, though there’s room for improvement in some areas. The support team is professional, responsive, and quick to resolve issues, and having an account manager check in monthly helps us stay on top of challenges. The best and the main reason we are using Fulfil is to keep track of inventory movements and costs, especially COGS.
Fulfil has been a great ERP partner. Imlementation was very fast, the ongoing support is great and the product continues to improve on a regular basis.
