I’ve been using this service for all 5 of my stores, and I couldn’t be happier. The fast shipping and exceptional customer support make it stand out. I also love that they partner with Flexport—it's a game-changer for my business. While it may take a little time to get the hang of it, it’s definitely worth it.
In one of my stores, an item got damaged, and they immediately notified me and reimbursed me the full selling price. This level of service is something I couldn’t find with other apps like ShipBob, which didn’t respond to issues or help with lost items. It was a huge headache.
