Reymar was incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process. He took the time to understand our promotion requirements, made several custom adjustments to our discount configuration, and worked with us to implement a temporary solution that met our needs for our promotion.
Support was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to make changes until we had the best possible outcome. While the app currently doesn't support grouping products independently for more advanced BOGO scenarios, Reymar was transparent about the limitation and went above and beyond to provide the best workaround available.

It allows us to create automatic bundle discounts based on complex cart conditions that weren't possible with Shopify's standard discount features. The technical support has been outstanding: responses are incredibly fast and the team is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful when troubleshooting issues.
