It clearly says on the app store page that they offer 14 days trial. However I was still charged, even though I have removed the app within 5 minutes of learning that its not up to the mark and doesn't offer to display selected variants only. We want a refund please!

After reviewing your account, we see that you initially installed our app on March 30th with a free trial, and then reinstalled it on September 15th, at which point the $2.99 USD charge was applied after the trial ended.
