I am extremely detail oriented and did my research before choosing a rewards program. It was very important that all of the functionality I wanted was there, and the UI was easy for my customers to understand and use. Not only does gameball offer almost every single component I was looking for, but the pricing was the part that solidified my decision. We do many transactions in one day and many rewards programs are paid by transaction. This was never going to work for us! First of all - $99/month for 5000 customers is phenomenal. Secondly, the ability to pay per customer after that threshold is reached without HAVING to move to the next tier is amazing. I spent about a week fine tuning the settings and widget, and testing before going live. We went live with the program 2 days ago and my customers love it already! I've already had 2 minor 'bug' occurrences since go-live, and customer service was lightning fast to answer! I know that if I send a message, I will receive a friendly, helpful response. I'm so excited to see where this app takes my store :) I cannot recommend it enough!

One word - Awesome! Habiba in particular was very patient, accommodating, and receptive to our unique needs - we are really happy with our gameball loyalty programme. I definitely recommend this app to any store looking for a loyalty programme.

I am a big fan of the layout and features this app offers. The free and paid plan structure is ideal, as it lets you use the basic features, like following/sharing on socials, and the main one for us- cash back in the form of loyalty points. It even calculates the cashback percentage you are offering and lets you know what a point is worth in your currency. This helps avoid big mistakes. When we need a new app for our store, we prioritize apps that structure their pricing this way. The app works well and we get value out of it? Then we pay and are happy to do so. We don't end up paying for something that may not work well for us. The only downside is the referral plan is not available on free plans. I really like this and wanted it for our store, as I would have liked to test out how many people make use of it before paying for it. Especially when one considers that start-ups arguably need this referral feature the most. Other than that, I am pleased. Support has been good too.

I tried Gameball and other similar apps. However, I came back and chose Gameball because of the sheer amount of features and customizations that Gameball provides. Truly wonderful app. Ms. Habiba is also very helpful and courteous and helped us onboard in no time. Thank you Gameball!

Would highly recommend this app. For a free service, it is very very worth it. The customer support is also top-notch. There are so many customizable options it's ridiculous.

I have been testing out various loyalty and rewards apps on my Shopify store MoonGoddessGifts.com and this app has won me over. I love the customization features as well as the integrations. The pricing is also reasonable in comparison to the other apps. I recommend it.

We installed Gameball for our store. The experience was really great thanks to Habiba's explanations, which helped us configure the software. Once in place, the experience for the client is very interesting, and the results are there. Gamechanger!

The scope of this app is very exciting, plus it looks incredibly intuitive and user-friendly on the front end. Where Gameball have impressed me the most though is with their support. Extremely responsive live chat together with a keenness to understand our business and willingness to adapt the app and introduce new features is great to see. We’re not live with it just yet because we haven’t had time in the run-up to Christmas to properly configure it, but we can’t wait to see our customers taking their loyalty to the next level in the new year! Definitely give it a go.
