This app is deep! Like, you really need someone to hold your hand to get the most out of it. But, it's worth it since it's really rewarding. It basically makes funnels fun, inobtrusive, and doesn't break the shopper's mood/flow. But, like I said, it's Deep. Thankfully, the customer service on this app is really, really good. I've worked with Ms. Elsafty every time I need customer service and she not only answers my questions and is patient with her explanations, she also improves my users' experience keeping my bottom line in mind. She thinks about your customers like it's her business which is really useful and hard to come by. Actually, I've worked with her in meetings; I've gotten help from multiple Gameball team members via livechat, and they're all fabulous. I put Gameball on the back burner at first because of it's learning curve; I almost missed out. This is definitely the best rewards program I have experienced.

It is really easy to set up and use and the variety of configuration options is impressive! One thing we’d like to point out in particular is the support we have received which is out of this world in a very positive way. We have never experienced such an outstanding and helpful support with any other app or tool we’ve used. The response to inquiries through the support chat are pretty much instant and we always felt appreciated and understood. There is a lot of help especially for beginners that have just installed the app (like an onboarding call) but also all along the way until you’re ready to launch your program. So, if you’re looking for a loyalty and rewards app, do yourself a favor and use Gameball!

Update after using the app for about 10 months: Everything is still great and after using Gameball to relaunch our loyalty program our customers are loving it! We were able to substantially improve customer retention and repeat purchases as well as increase our AOV. Customer support continues to amaze us whenever we need them. A perfect 5 out of 5 stars and we'd give more if we could!

I cannot say enough good things about Gameball, they have been with me every step of the way. Gameball has had a great impact on my sales and customer engagement at both the store and online. We have had great success growing our customer base through their program. They also have great training and customer service.

We love the app, we are using it for more than six months now. It's perfect if you have a gaming store or anything else that falls in the hobbies niche. The app itself has really cool feature to reward the customers. It sometimes feels a bit unstable to use in the backend of Shopify, but I would overall give undoubtedly a 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks!

I'm loving this app so far. It was recommended to me by another merchant, and I was actually able to set it up in a day and get it rolling. We have yet to send out any kind of announcement about it and we've got way more people signed up than I anticipated. I also totally appreciated the onboarding call with Lauren - she was super super helpful, sincere, and attentive. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me but rather really listening to what I was hoping to get out of the program and letting me know what features were best for me. My subsequent conversation with Dania was just as helpful. I wish all programs and services had customer service like this! Looking forward to seeing where this program takes our business!!!

For me, an absolutely unrivaled loyalty program application.

When I was choosing, I installed about 6-8 of them and none were nearly as sophisticated, but at the same time as nice in appearance as this one. What I really like about the widget is that you have the option to choose from predefined badges, challenges and levels, which you can also edit as needed or create new ones. It will help a lot and make the job easier.
I also like the simple but really tasteful and minimalist overall look. I was actually surprised at how nice it all is. Especially the icons and pictograms are great.
I'm really looking forward to finish and public my store. Loyalty program is something that I didn't have at my previous store and it was a big requirement for me to have it here on Shopify and it exceeded my expectations.

I must also mention the splendid customer service, I communicate with Dania and I feel that I am receiving absolutely above-standard care.

The Support team is very active and always there to guide and explain how to use all the features and iNcrease ROI.
