User-friendly product that does exactly what it says it can! Our experience using Gameball for rewards has been a breeze. A large part of that is due to their top-notch customer service team (S/O to Lauren for the fantastic onboarding process!).

Alright, so there were some issues at first (not going to lie it almost caused us to delete the app). Honestly this is the best loyalty app I have found so far! I believe it will be really fun and encouraging for customers as it has nice challenges, and what's even better is that you can customize the challenges! I like how customers can share instagram links, as some apps only have Facebook and twitter.
