The Gameball app is great. It fulfills all the important functions with which we want to reward our customers. Administration is simple. The setting options are also very good for the starter plan. The app works very well and the technical support responds very quickly. We would appreciate a more detailed manual for third-party application integrations, eg Klaviyo. :) Thank you
Found this app after reviewing multiple apps for our rewards portal. Great service, Habiba was great on our set up call ! Lots of flexibility in this system.

Habiba was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns about the app. We are still working on some things for our initial rollout of the app, but as long as it works with our SHOPIFY POS I feel the app should help boost our future sales and customer retention.

After so many trial and errors, I finally found the BEST app for what I was trying to implement into my store and my customer's shopping experience! Rana was so kind and extremely responsive to every single message and question left! I love that this app allows you to have a reward program WITH levels and the best part, IT BEING FREE! I used many Apps for Loyalty and points rewards. Gameball is most effective with many scenarios, very easy, neat design, and excellent customer experience. From my point of view. All E-commerce websites must try this App. It is Amazing, easy and not expensive for the service they give
