Gameball: Loyalty, Points, VIP

Looking for an app that would ad in some of the features and I was blown away at first by the style and look of the app and second by the support. I messaged them through the app and they responded instantly, helped me with the issues I had. Great bunch of guys, highly recommend the app and Gameball.

UPDATED REVIEW: I have to say the people at Gameball are very responsive and they got the problem I initially asked for (my original review is below) fixed, so this is now included! I have contacted them a few times and they have bent over backwards to be helpful and REALLY want your business to grow - thanks, Dania :-).

ORIGINAL REVIEW: It has been working well, however I've had to disable it as it seems I can't exclude points from the Sale/Reduced items. Therefore, I'm regularly giving double discounts. Other loyalty point apps I've looked at have to ability to exclude discounted products and only include full price products from receiving points. I wish Gameball could do this. This is quite a big issue for me. Apart from that, it was working well.

I am using this app to bring a fun experience to my store concept and I cannot thank Gameball enough. The work they are doing is lovely. I love the user interface both frontend and backend. They have also updated their help guides/knowledge base, which is extremely helpful. Besides, they also provide great support. Looking forward to utilizing all their features. Installing is one thing, but understanding how to maximize the power of gamification is equally important. Will update my review soon.

Update 2: 100% recommend using Gameball. Been on it for 2 months now. A bit of a learning curve. But their plans are affordable and functionalities are easy to understand.

I am trying to create a rewards program for my customers. I have tried a few different options on the shopify app store and I found Gameball to be the best in terms of UI and user experience. Although, the app is not 100% perfect for my needs, the development team and customer support (particularly Habiba) have been responsive and extremely quick to work to resolve any issues I am having. And have been very open to listening to feature requests for things that would improve my experience. A strong part of why I plan to stay using Gameball for my rewards program is their support team. A quick summary of my experience of how the app works. Overall you have players with accounts and you can reward them with points for doing different things such as signing up or placing an order. Customers can trade in their points for things, such as coupons or free products, on your store. And you can also provide your customers different levels to achieve based on points or money spent which unlock specific things you setup for them to cash in their points on.

The Gameball app is great. It fulfills all the important functions with which we want to reward our customers. Administration is simple. The setting options are also very good for the starter plan. The app works very well and the technical support responds very quickly. We would appreciate a more detailed manual for third-party application integrations, eg Klaviyo. :) Thank you

We are using Gameball for about 2 months now, it is the best loyalty app on Shopify at the moment. We tried multiple apps, and it is the best by far. The support team is awesome. It has a lot of customizations, great analytics, and supports multiple languages at the same time like Arabic and English. I highly recommend this app.

Superb support from Dania the whole time during the onboarding process. She was super prompt and helpful in answering all questions, providing solutions and suggestions when I ran into some issues. Overall, the interface is user-friendly enough and has a very decent offering compared to other more established players who are charging a crazy premium for almost similar features.

Best Loyalty program in the market. Great interface and great customer service. The app gives you a full range of options and at the same time, you can integrate it into multiple languages. Fully recommend this app!
