Our Experince with Gameball has been brilliant so far, the customer service are fantastic at explaining any of the features of the app and the potential seems endless with it. The fact you can gamify ordering we think will make drive customer engagement, we cannot wait to get it launched to see the results!

Amazing tool! Super intuitive, very user-friendly, and wonderfully organized. It is quite easy to set up and to understand how to create the perfect loyalty program. In regards to the image and the ease of use, it goes above and beyond all other apps that we've tried (and we've tried a lot). We were able to create a meaningful, rewarding, fun, and intuitive experience for all our customers. Where it really shines is when you take the time to implement and personalize every feature according to your brand. You can set it up quickly if you want a simple and effective program, or dig deeper and establish a complex and impactful gamification experience that goes far beyond the usual loyalty points app. Our customers love it. The support team is a charm to work with as well!

The flexibility of how customers can earn points has been amazing! It's exactly what I have been looking for and can't wait to explore ranks and more dynamic challenges such as buying x of brand (requested feature).

The support you get is second to none and they are more than happy to take on any constuctive feedback.

We have been using this for a week so still finding our feet but so far our customers have loved it and having the ability to use every single point towards a discount has been a bonus.

We are using Gamball for last one year, the app has a new automation process which is really good to grow customer engagement. It has quite flexible options which give us a broad logical action.
We are happy with the customer service they provide and they tend to bring new features and are open to suggestions.
I found Gameball after a very well research of different loyalty apps. It is a simple yet powerful tool for any business.

This app is deep! Like, you really need someone to hold your hand to get the most out of it. But, it's worth it since it's really rewarding. It basically makes funnels fun, inobtrusive, and doesn't break the shopper's mood/flow. But, like I said, it's Deep. Thankfully, the customer service on this app is really, really good. I've worked with Ms. Elsafty every time I need customer service and she not only answers my questions and is patient with her explanations, she also improves my users' experience keeping my bottom line in mind. She thinks about your customers like it's her business which is really useful and hard to come by. Actually, I've worked with her in meetings; I've gotten help from multiple Gameball team members via livechat, and they're all fabulous. I put Gameball on the back burner at first because of it's learning curve; I almost missed out. This is definitely the best rewards program I have experienced.

Absolutely amazing and wonderful app that we can highly recommend to everyone who is looking to take their business to a whole new level! We’ve been looking for a great loyalty app and are so happy with the countless features that Gameball offers. It is really easy to set up and use and the variety of configuration options is impressive! It’s already fun to use the app as a merchant and we’re expecting even more positive feedback and results with the launch of this wonderful app from our customers as well. One thing we’d like to point out in particular is the support we have received which is out of this world in a very positive way. We have never experienced such an outstanding and helpful support with any other app or tool we’ve used. The response to inquiries through the support chat are pretty much instant and we always felt appreciated and understood. There is a lot of help especially for beginners that have just installed the app (like an onboarding call) but also all along the way until you’re ready to launch your program. A big thank you goes out to Dania from Gameball for the most professional and caring customer service ever provided. So, if you’re looking for a loyalty and rewards app, do yourself a favor and use Gameball!

Update after using the app for about 10 months: Everything is still great and after using Gameball to relaunch our loyalty program our customers are loving it! We were able to substantially improve customer retention and repeat purchases as well as increase our AOV. Customer support continues to amaze us whenever we need them. A perfect 5 out of 5 stars and we'd give more if we could!

These guys are AMAZING. I've been back and forth with their team trying to customize it to my desires. There is plenty of support, and it's FAST which is awesome. The biggest issues for me is I wish it had the ability to do an affiliate marketing component.
