Gameball: Loyalty, Points, VIP

We started to use Gameball last october and so far this is going very well. The app is really powerful and the potential is just huge. Also the team behind Gameball is so dedicated. We had many issues at first and they addressed our issues quickly and always with a smile. The customer support is really openminded and keen on improving the app further. Definitely an app to watch and try !

Great app. Amazing customer service. Nice and elegant design. Don't forget the deep-links feature, an unique feature to set up much better the app, less intrusive to your visitors. Recommended without any doubt.

Lauren has been fabulous in answering all of my questions and really helping me understand the app and what will work best for my business. The app is very easy to get started with and there is definitely opportunity to increase sales with my customers as they start using the loyalty program more and more.

Gameball app is one of a kind for us! It replaced literally 3 apps that we used to have. Having the referrals, the levels & challenges, the notifications, the reporting on this and more, all of this helped us with our user retention. This app is extremely customizable if you're looking to build a top tier loyalty program. It's THE MOST customizable by far if you ask me, and believe me, I've tried a bunch. I'll also have to add that the customer service is wonderful and super responsive. If you've got questions or concerns, or just want some insight, they will be on it right away! I'm excited for the direction my loyalty program will head in by utilizing this app on LoniaShoes.

I am extremely detail oriented and did my research before choosing a rewards program. It was very important that all of the functionality I wanted was there, and the UI was easy for my customers to understand and use. Not only does gameball offer almost every single component I was looking for, but the pricing was the part that solidified my decision. We do many transactions in one day and many rewards programs are paid by transaction. This was never going to work for us! First of all - $99/month for 5000 customers is phenomenal. Secondly, the ability to pay per customer after that threshold is reached without HAVING to move to the next tier is amazing. I spent about a week fine tuning the settings and widget, and testing before going live. We went live with the program 2 days ago and my customers love it already! I've already had 2 minor 'bug' occurrences since go-live, and customer service was lightning fast to answer! I know that if I send a message, I will receive a friendly, helpful response. I'm so excited to see where this app takes my store :) I cannot recommend it enough!
