Gameball: Loyalty Points Games

I had an excellent experience with Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals! Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to set up and manage my loyalty program. I was impressed with the wide range of features they offer, including customizable rewards, referral tracking, and detailed analytics.

One thing that stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, their team was quick to respond and provide helpful solutions.

This app is a first , I've tried multiple apps that theoretically promises good user experience and reward/loyalty systems , but most of them never delivers the intended results .
Gameball actually helped me boost my sales by 1.5X just by Offering rewards and points , that boosted customer retention rate.
Moreover, the app allows you to track the performance of your referral and rewards programs. You can see how many referrals have been made, how many rewards have been redeemed, and how much revenue your program has generated. This information helps you to tweak your program for better results and maximize your sales growth potential.

Gameball was easy to set up, and has worked well for our customers! Any issues we've had have only been with a few loading areas in the admin, and support was efficient, responsive, friendly, and helpful. We used Smile for 2 years, and Gameball is in a league of its own. There are SO many more features that you cannot even compare the two. As it currently stands, one would be foolish to use any other loyalty program from the Shopify app store than this one. The customer support is fantastic and the app just works incredibly well with tons of clever features.

Found and tested this rewards app after a few tries with others. Definitely one of the best looking and functional app. Many creative ways to reward customers and makes us feel proud to have this running on our interface. Highly recommended!

It took me 3 hours to research and decide, Gameball supports spanish, our local currency (Chile) and the pricing goes by hand with the store results.

It took me 2 hours to set up all, you can customize everything! Really easy to do, it really feels like a game, had fun doing it.
