I love where this app is going and the customer support from Omar was outstanding. I feel the pricing is a little top heavy and some features should be accessible in lower tiers like missions and campaigns.

I really like how Gameball looks & feels. I think it's s the best in customers engaging that recently joined Shopify App Store. I am looking to witness it in top engaging apps, will keep using at and share the results with you, keep going gurus!

Alia, Dania, and Lauren were all incredibly helpful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They answered ALL of our questions and really helped us understand how to make gameball work for our customers. We're so excited to continue our relationship with them and get gameball rolling on our website! Highly recommend!

I already designed this app from an online store that I really like, but when I tested the app in my own store, I loved it!

THIS APP IS DISASTER
They creat something that they cannot change and they dont know how to change.
I told them already my website is going to publish on 30th Mar, and they promised definitly will reslove it before the date, but until today I did not get any reply from them. Beside the customization of this app is poor, and the customer service never reply you promptly, I understand the time zone is different, but when you are online why are you still replying so slowly? because they are not prefessional, they dont know their app well, they dont know how they have builded this thing. :)
