I had an excellent experience with Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals! Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to set up and manage my loyalty program. I was impressed with the wide range of features they offer, including customizable rewards, referral tracking, and detailed analytics.

One thing that stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, their team was quick to respond and provide helpful solutions.

Absolutely amazing and wonderful app that we can highly recommend to everyone who is looking to take their business to a whole new level! We’ve been looking for a great loyalty app and are so happy with the countless features that Gameball offers. It is really easy to set up and use and the variety of configuration options is impressive! It’s already fun to use the app as a merchant and we’re expecting even more positive feedback and results with the launch of this wonderful app from our customers as well. One thing we’d like to point out in particular is the support we have received which is out of this world in a very positive way. We have never experienced such an outstanding and helpful support with any other app or tool we’ve used. The response to inquiries through the support chat are pretty much instant and we always felt appreciated and understood. There is a lot of help especially for beginners that have just installed the app (like an onboarding call) but also all along the way until you’re ready to launch your program. A big thank you goes out to Dania from Gameball for the most professional and caring customer service ever provided. So, if you’re looking for a loyalty and rewards app, do yourself a favor and use Gameball!

Have not yet started using the app, however I booked a demo call with Lauren Desouza, and she was such an amazing character! She carefully understood what I was trying to achieve for my store and figured out work arounds that acheived the objectives I was hoping to achieve when realising the feature I was looking for was not available.

Definitely recommend this app because of the flexibility of creating ways to generate customer loyalty, and highly recommend this because of their support, 100/10 on the ball.

P.S. to Lauren's boss reading this... please get her a new laptop as she was struggling to show me examples of her demo with a lagging laptop, so imagine what she can do with a new laptop! ;)

Don't worry about it's difficult to use and set up because the CS is so nice and helpful for the tech me how to set up my program. Now I can easy to manage the VIP level discounts and give them more rewards. And the price is reasonable for a small business.
