まだ、顧客数が目標に達していないため、少しの期間休止したいと考え顧客データや記録を失わないで一旦休止する方法を相談させていただきました。今回のご担当は、Kareemさんです。費用が発生しないで休止状態にする方法と再開する際のことも含め非常に誠意ある操作の解説をいただきました。大変丁寧で、具体的、わかりやすい誠意ある解説に本当に感謝の気持ちが溢れました。早く目標を達成して、再開したいと強く思いました。引き続きサポートをよろしくお願い申し上げます。ありがとうございました。

このアプリは、完成度が大変高いよいアプリだと思います。フリープランも充実していますのでスタートアップの方には大変おすすめできると思います。有料プランは更にすばらしい機能と細かな設定ができるようです。本当に素晴らしい。加えてサポートが更に素晴らしい経験でした。Daniaさん手厚いサポートに心より感謝します。このアプリで、必ず結果を出していきたいと思います。
Je suis très satisfait du service après-vente, qui est très réactif et répond très rapidement à toutes mes questions ou problèmes rencontrés. Je recommande également cette application, qui est très facile à prendre en main et dispose surtout d'un programme de fidélité intéressant pour mes clients. La seule chose que je trouve dommage est l'absence d'un forfait incluant au moins l'option d'expiration des points et des récompenses, ce qui me semble essentiel sans pour autant devoir passer à un forfait Pro qui ne me conviendrait pas forcément c'est pour cela que j'ai mis 4 étoile. Sinon, à part cela, rien à redire, tout est parfait. Merci à Dania, qui est très à l'écoute.
Extremely disappointing experience with Gameball. The domain verification simply does not work, and the app keeps giving an error saying “something went wrong.” I contacted support multiple times, and every time they replied very late with the same copy-paste steps that I had already completed correctly. I explained this clearly, yet they sent me the exact same message again and again, creating an endless loop of unhelpful and frustrating support.
The issue was never solved, and there was no real assistance or escalation from their team. A loyalty app is critical for customer retention, but if the basic setup fails and support is this slow and ineffective, it becomes useless. Definitely not recommended.
