Hi, I am not using the app, how can I delete all the data in my site?

I found some problems and then communicated with customer service. The attitude was very good and it was resolved positively.

To be honest I love this app because it fits my brand so well. But the team for this app seems to have disbanded, I don't know, I have long messaged on their app and no one has responded. Click the function of inviting friends, the page shows that it has been sent, but the actual mailbox has not been received. The front desk is responsive and the back office doesn't give thanks for the lack of execution. Very unreliable. I found their official website to check their customer information and unfortunately I didn't find the widget on their customer website. I ended up uninstalling the app due to concerns about the mess of the points system and the laziness of the support team, and I'm very sad because I really like the interface and the idea of the app. Looking at the free use package, I temporarily leave 4 stars
