Hi — we're truly sorry your message didn't reach us in time. That's not the experience we want anyone to have, and we take full responsibility for being reachable.
Since then, we've significantly strengthened our support channels. Merchants can now reach us directly from the app's admin panel via live chat, phone support, email, or by booking a one-on-one meeting at a time that works for them — a real person responds, typically within hours on business days.
