This app is an amazingly powerful tool and the dashboard is easy to use. Their customer service is off the charts! I'm not the most adapt when it comes to installing and integrating things to my store and Brett from support was helpful, patient, explained things well, and he ensured everything was working perfectly before closing the chat. Highly recommend!

10/10! Our experience with Gatsby has been incredible and already exceeded our expectations. JARED is truly AMAZING! We just had our onboarding session with him, and he is patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable at all the platforms we were using. They want your brand to succeed, and they will set you up for success. We’re so excited to finally have an app that will allow us to automate and help us manage our brand ambassador program, as well as reward customers for their social actions!

Thanks for taking the time to look into my issues, which are now all sorted thanks to the team. Would like to highly recommend using these guys. We've been in the influencer field for years and haven't been more impressed then with this app. We've only just started to implement it but the customer support in itself has been so, so, so good that this review is valid in our eyes. After spending multiple years seeing apps come and go, this really is a must-have. With the added benefits this app provides you can't go wrong.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! The entire Gatsby team is incredible. I had the opportunity to with with Jared for onboarding and setup and was blown away by how knowledgable and efficient he was. We were able to get all of our integrations set up on one call. I am consistently impressed with the tech and how deep their integrations go — and it is amazing to see what is on their road map for future development. Absolutely go with Gatsby if you are looking for elevating your influencer/ambassador program!!!
