Awesome app and integration with our Shopify Store! The team is very responsive and does a fantastic job helping you get everything set up! We were getting inundated with influencer partnerships, this is where Gatsby came to save the day! The app allows us to fully automate our Ambassador Program and help us identify influencer opportunities at scale. Looking forward to working with the Gatsby team to optimizing our Ambassador Program. Overall great service, would highly recommend to any Shopify store utilising social media!

Super useful platform - AMAZING way to keep our customers engaged and organically sharing on social! The dashboard is great too - simple way to track the posts and analyze our customers behavior. Brett & the team at Gatsby have been extremely responsive and helpful with helping us get the platform set up, and answering any questions we have. Excited to grow our Instagram list!

This is one of the best customer service teams I've ever worked with—they're practically a marketing agency when it comes to lead gen and capturing influencers. We're stacking Gatsby on everything from our site to emails to SMS and even our inserts included in the packaging.

We just signed up for Gatsby due to the great reviews and right out of the gate I had some issue that needed troubleshooting and through the chat, it said they would get back to me on Monday (it was Saturday am) and that was fine. But to my surprise within minutes Brett was on chatting with me and helping me to resolve the issues at hand for almost TWO HOURS! Good customer service is rare in today's world so it was so refreshing to have someone going above and beyond! Way to knock it out of the park with customer service, Gatsby! We can't wait to see what this platform does for our business's growth.

Gatsby is TRULY awesome - it's helping us get more engagement with creators and more direct sales from our partnerships with them. Great team -- can't recommend enough :). Jared has specifically been very helpful for the past year+ we've been using Gatsby!

We use the data from Gatsby to understand our customers better and streamline micro-influencer outreach. We have their popup widget & integration with our checkout page. All works great and the customer service is the best I've seen on here... Well done guys!

Gatsby offers so much more than it looks at first glance! We switched over from another more expensive influencer software and love the automation of this software. Jared is our account manager, he acts like one of our in house team. He's taken the time to make sure we utilize the platform to its full extent by meeting different members of the team who's department could benefit from features within the software.

Gatsby have been so valuable in activating, engaging and monetising our Social and Influencer audience for our existing brand, Moana Bikini.
