Gatsby: Convert Your Followers

This is very cool idea and a very cool app. It's just what we've been looking for. Stoked to add this to the mix.

Excellent Customer Support. Brett is always available and very helpful. I had been using the app to collect people's instagram. I had an issue with mailchimp integration and Brett took the time to help me with the workaround. Unfortunately the integration was not completed but the app did what it said it would.

By far the best and most advanced influencer app out there. Support team in 100% committed to helping you succeed which is a refreshing change. Before working with Gatsby, we were tracking all of our influencer efforts manually. We had to create codes and write on a spreadsheet about who they correlated to. Gatsby has pretty much automated that entire process which has saved our team hours of work. Super thankful for the Gatsby team.

Jumped on this opportunity when the Klaviyo integration went live (referred by the Klaviyo email). We're using gatsby to automate some influencer reachout and UGC development. Super quick integration and responsive support from Brett and his team. I had a couple questions on setup and was on the phone with Brett within a half hour. We were up and collecting user handles in minutes. Found people more than willing to provide username. Excited to see what we can achieve when we set up our flows.

Must have for influencer program/UGC content! Also probably the best onboarding experience we have had. The team set us up in a matter of days and the app has delivered exceptionally. Gatsby has become a huge part of our Ambassdor strategy. Love the Attentive integration as well!

I had a few questions about the app configuration and Brett quickly walked me through the whole process and I had the banner up and running on our website in no time.

Customer service is excellent, far exceeding the other apps here on Shopify. Gatsby also happens to be a great app all-around if you're trying to expand your social presence and gather more UGC. With FB/IG ads not being as great as they used to be it's good to have an alternative way to reach people.

I am officially a Gastby believer! I have used multiple softwares to help manage our influencer program and each one seems to do one thing slightly well but not everything I need. I also spent multiple cycles prospecting into relationships with influencers, spending time warming them up but after installing Gatsby I'm able to get responses right away as all the prospects already trust and know my brand. I have cancelled another software I was paying $18k for that I've seen better results with Gatsby in the first month. I already doubled our applicant projection for the month and I'm seeing higher conversions at every stage of our funnel because I'm starting with CUSTOMERS not COLD PROSPECTS. This also lightened the load of my ecommerce manager who was spending hours each day confirming influencers were posting and tagging us correctly. Gatsby is feeding all of this data live time right into our marketing automation email system and I'm even able to automate thank you emails as posts go live. Thank you Brett and the Gatsby team ya'll have made an amazing app that continues to get better and better, keep up the great work and innovation!
