By far the most advanced influencer app on Shopify. We needed some help to get set up and the team was very helpful!

I'm going to give this 5 Stars Cause I love the idea so far and I know that they are working on adding some features to make this great. I've also had a great experience with customer support and talking to the founder on what improvements need to be made.

I've hired multiple companies to help with influencer outreach without much success. The idea that I can start partnering with my customers to promote my brand is brilliant. Setup was simple and straight forward. I appreciated the customization on the placement and size of the items on my home page. I've already made lots of suggestions on how to improve the app and I feel like my feedback has been heard and they are working on these items.

I have had a about 10% sign up rate from my customers and I'm looking forward to working with them. Great Idea and can't wait to see whats next

Gatsby went above and beyond to help our storefront expand our social media outreach processes. We implemented the system in less than a couple days with the support of the Gatsby team. The keyword triggered automatic responses on instagram have also opened up a world of being also to manage our social inbox when we receive hundreds of DMs everyday. Thank you Gatsby team!

Idea:

I've perused just about every marketing plugin on Shopify and this was one of the only ones to catch my attention. It's seems like such a simple idea and I'm surprised it hasn't been more widely adopted: trade social shares for a small discount. As a new brand trying to grow our online presence and brand familiarity, it makes a lot of sense!

Design:

Love being able to customize everything from the colors to the fonts. It allows everything to look very on-brand.

Service:

Brett did an intro video walkthrough with us which was super helpful and has been very fast to respond with any small questions during setup. The tool is easy to install but if you are sometimes tech clumsy, their team is ready to help!

Gatsby have been so valuable in activating, engaging and monetising our Social and Influencer audience for our existing brand, Moana Bikini.
