Gatsby went above and beyond to help our storefront expand our social media outreach processes. We implemented the system in less than a couple days with the support of the Gatsby team. Using Rise.ai + Gatsby we are able to reward social media engagers with in-store credit to incentivize content creation and repeat purchases. The keyword triggered automatic responses on instagram have also opened up a world of being also to manage our social inbox when we receive hundreds of DMs everyday. Thank you Gatsby team!

10/10! Our experience with Gatsby has been incredible and already exceeded our expectations. JARED is truly AMAZING! We just had our onboarding session with him, and he is patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable at all the platforms we were using. They want your brand to succeed, and they will set you up for success. We’re so excited to finally have an app that will allow us to automate and help us manage our brand ambassador program, as well as reward customers for their social actions!

I had the opportunity to with with Jared for onboarding and setup and was blown away by how knowledgable and efficient he was. We were able to get all of our integrations set up on one call. I am consistently impressed with the tech and how deep their integrations go — and it is amazing to see what is on their road map for future development. Absolutely go with Gatsby if you are looking for elevating your influencer/ambassador program!!!

Gatsby has been an incredible asset to the e-commerce side of our business.
