We just signed up for Gatsby due to the great reviews and right out of the gate I had some issue that needed troubleshooting and through the chat, it said they would get back to me on Monday (it was Saturday am) and that was fine. Gatsby offers so much more than it looks at first glance! We switched over from another more expensive influencer software and love the automation of this software. Jared is our account manager, he acts like one of our in house team. He's taken the time to make sure we utilize the platform to its full extent by meeting different members of the team who's department could benefit from features within the software.
