Consentmo GDPR Compliance

I downloaded many apps for the purpose of adding a cookie bar. Every app I downloaded was missing a key feature or slowed down my site. If you happen to be reading this review, look no further. This is the best app on the app store currently (date today: Apr 9th 2020). 3 reasons I love this app: 1) 100% free to turn on location sensing 2) 100% free to customize the bar colors and fonts 3) Includes CCPA, which should not be neglected on any site. Have only been using the free plan so far, but that has given me everything I need to be GDPR compliant. The cookie banner is very customisable, so it's easy to stay on brand with colours etc and at the same time avoid destroying the customer experience.
Once setup there is an option to speak with tech support to have them check for compliance. I spoke with Georgi who was incredibly helpful in helping me check my store. He also went above and beyond in spotting a few other things I needed to change in my Shopify settings for faster page load times. This included sending me step by step video instructions that were super easy to follow an implement.
Really impressed by the app functionality and especially the first class customer support. Thank you!

Easy installation. Clear and concise instructions. User friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone running an online store.

Good GDPR Cookie Control App. Useful suite of tools to check for active cookies, generate GDPR settings pages and manage data deletion requests. Support has been very responsive and helpful. We initially used this because the default Shopify GDPR popup didn't work with our theme. However, since this also provides a more complete feature set, we are about to roll this out to our other stores.
