The app works great and does its job well. On top of that the support is extremely fast and responsive, they responded and helped me with my very specific needs in seconds.

The team are helpful and quick to assist in making sure everything is set up correctly and compliant.
For someone who is not very tech oriented this is a huge help and relief.

I had some initial issues with the cookie banner not showing up, and it took a while to understand what was going on. But the support I received (especially from John!) was truly helpful and patient. Once everything was configured correctly and the integration script was added, the setup worked as expected. The app itself is full of useful features, and I appreciate that it supports Google Consent Mode V2 even on the lower plan. Great tool for compliance — thank you!

The app is easy to install. You can have the settings checked regularly. If changes are necessary, you are guided step by step through the settings with screenshots.

We recently switched to Consentmo GDPR because the app's range of functions (especially the ai cookie scan) was far superior to our previous tool. You can find more information about the features in the appstore.

From a customer perspective, my assessment of the support might be much more relevant for other companies. My support experience so far, especially with Georgi, has been incredibly positive. The support is extremely available, friendly and, above all, goal-oriented.
