Amazing app, it does exactly what you need for GDPR purposes, and far beyond. Apart from the great app the help desk team is absolutely amazing, they spent 3 hours troubleshooting an issue in which they solved at the end. Very friendly, extremely helpful and accurate technical support with the use of an easy chat system. 5/5!! Highly recommend!

Updated: The customer team reached out and clarified that their emails have ended up in my spam which is the reason why I didn't see any of their responses. We connected and resolved my query in a timely manner post my initial review.

Hello there, we checked on our end and your inquiries were replied to in a timely manner. Most probably they may have been marked as spam due to being sent from our ticket system.
