Sehr gute App, die uns das Cookie-Consent-Management erleichtert hat. Wir sind ursprünglich zu Shopify gewechselt, um unsere Cookies rechtssicher zu gestalten. Dies ist uns nun mit der App möglich. Die App bietet auch einen super Kund:innensupport. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der App und können sie weiterempfehlen. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Compliance Check aus der App heraus. Bei diesem prüft ein Mitarbeiter bzw. ggf. eine Mitarbeiterin die Compliance der Cookie App.

I have just installed the app, I don't have much experience with it yet, but the customer service was very helpful and quick to respond and help. And the user interface is clear and has detailed information about everything.

So far so good. Simple app to install and use. Using free edition. It has many customization options, but you can keep it really simple if you like. Had some problems with the translation of some fields (not fully compatible with weglot app) but with little help from both customer support teams (isense labs & weglot) everything works flawlessly now! Quick response and really helpful customer service. Recommended.

Very friendly and fast service. We had some issues in the coding when integrating the app with our translation tool, and Zeus was excellent in solving our issue. He immediately had a software engineer look into it, and in no time they found the issue and solved it. 100% recommend the app to anyone mainly because of the excellent customer service.
