Really impressed. Had an email about an issue. had a clickable link to the live chat with a note of the issues already in the chat. Georgi was really helpful identifying what needed to be updated and giving me step by step tutorials of what needed doing and how exactly to do it. He was patient and helpful. Which is even better as we are on one of the lower plans.

Had an issue today that the banner didn't show on my store the whole day. But got really good help from John that fixed the issue in less than 5min. Now the cookie banner works fine again.

Overall this is a really great cookie banner. Very custom-friendly, you can adjust it designwise to apply for your store and brand. Would really recommend.

Consentmo is fantastic. It's easy to customise the banner, but most importantly their support is absolutely top notch. They're so quick to respond and they go above and beyond to help you out. I recently had Georgi help me out and he was incredible – identified the issue and configured everything we needed for us, did it super quickly, even though we had a slightly complex setup with multiple apps and Google Tag Manager. He checked everything really thoroughly and sent video screen recordings showing all the tags firing correctly and compliantly, so I can be reassured we're GDPR compliant. Great app and an essential tool for GDPR compliance on Shopify. The interface is clear, easy to configure, and integrates smoothly with the store. We opted for this app based on other users' rave reviews of their help desk/customer service, and I can confirm it's great. Everyone I chatted with (John in particular) knows the app inside and out, and their help is never the surface-level stuff you often get from Shopify apps. I hope they'll keep investing in the people who staff the help desk.
