Staff is absolutely amazing in support. They helped me a lot and with patience answering to all my questions and helped me with the cookie bar set up and translation.

Straight forward and easy to use. Customer service was pretty helpful. Took me awhile to get it to appear, but figured it out eventually. Will be nice to have a tool to manage any customer requests related to privacy. With that in mind, I think it justifies the cost.

Great app, good UI, was able to set everything up without issues. We were looking for an app that would allow us to translate all content into another language and it worked perfectly. Being able to also track given consents makes it easier to later on delete user data if the user requests it (built-in functionality).

Haven't had any GDPR advisor look over my online store yet, so can't confirm if everything is fine legalwise. But if it's not with this app, then it's likely with no other. It's most clear and easy to use with a very helpful support so far. Also, it actually does the things it says. With current knowledge, I would definitely reccomend!

Our client wanted to add a cookie bar to their website and chose this one based on its versility and value for money. There was a request I didn't know how to assist with but the app developers were on hand with very quick and efficient service via e-mail and helped with the coding to achieve the clients request. Thank you for your help!

It will be nice if you could take a minute to reply to our messages. I hope you understand that leaving bad reviews and then never replying back to emails is not how this ecosystem should work. We are always trying to help our app users and this is clearly visible by the majority of the review we receive. I hope that you won't have a case of a customer that leaves a bad review for your services and never comes back to you, even when you have tried everything. :)

When the quota of your plan is reached we are always sending notification emails + in app popup messages that lets the store admin know that the cookie bar is no longer active due to the quota being reached.
