Consentmo GDPR Compliance

Great support from Georgi, quick, easy, nice communication!

I recently installed Consentmo, and John guided me through the entire setup process with clear, step by step instructions. Genuinely helpful, and double checked my implementation to confirm everything was correct.

I believe we all feel the same way when it comes to respecting our local and/or European laws.

This app is almost a necessity within the EU to make sure you are compliant in every way with legislations regarding customer privacy.

Georgi from Customer Service has assisted us several times and has always made sure we've managed to comply with new laws and regulations.

If you are looking for an app that takes care off cookies for you, this is what you are looking for. We've been using the "Pro" plan and one of the few apps that are actually worth it's price in weight.

A huge thank you to Georgi, he was extremely responsive to all of my questions and was able to identify the issues I was having quickly and gave me immediate steps to work through to fix them. The guides provided were very clear.

After sorting out the first issues, I asked for help with allowing my conversion rate for my store to be displayed as I lost this after a recent update of my theme and the app I had been using previously did not reply to my requests for support. This was also fixed very quickly, again with clear and concise guides. I didn't expect my conversion rate to appear again until I received another order but was very happy to see that on applying the correct settings, adding in the snippet and the code to read that file it returned immediately.

Again, a massive thank you to Georgi. Nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend this app.
