Have only been using the free plan so far, but that has given me everything I need to be GDPR compliant. The cookie banner is very customisable, so it's easy to stay on brand with colours etc and at the same time avoid destroying the customer experience.
Once setup there is an option to speak with tech support to have them check for compliance. I spoke with Georgi who was incredibly helpful in helping me check my store. He also went above and beyond in spotting a few other things I needed to change in my Shopify settings for faster page load times. This included sending me step by step video instructions that were super easy to follow an implement.
Really impressed by the app functionality and especially the first class customer support. Thank you!

I'm really happy with both this app and their support. None of the other GDPR apps I've come across seem to meet the actual requirements of GDPR which require consent from the visitor before collecting or processing any data from them (which includes Google Analytics). This app lets me properly suppress visitor tracking unless/until the visitor provides consent.
Support has been amazing as well, with quick, friendly responses and a willingness to make their app even better at every turn.

Great Job Guys. Does the job perfectly well. Styling options (e.g. font sizes, banner size etc.) could be extended a bit as well as being able to differ between banner location depending on mobile vs. desktop screen but these are nice-to-have things, not critical things and the app works really well.
