installation is sound confused. and cookie bar not showing in store front end. i have taken free trial of pro plan for 7 days.

We noticed that you mentioned that the Cookie bar is not showing on the front end of the store, so we checked from our end as well, and noticed that the app is functioning properly in your store and the Cookie bar is also showing, as you can also check here https://monosnap.com/file/ZUPtd8kBAMbCH4y32awn3SWRm2qMDe . If you are not able to preview the cookie bar on your end, we would recommend checking again on another browser or clearing the cookies and local storage for the one you are currently using. You can also try an incognito tab.
Please also make sure that any cookies or ad-blocking extensions are disabled in the browser while testing.

Great privacy compliance app. Easy to install and customize. I ran into a style conflict on the back-end and requested support. I had a response within 24 hours which included a custom video showing me how to correct the problem.

Great app with a free basic version, in particular because there is a preference window where the person can choose to accept or refuse certain cookies.

Actually there is a very easy way, not to show the checkboxes pre-checked when the Preferences window is open. Please follow the steps we show in this video and you will be able to do that in a matter of seconds on your end - https://monosnap.com/file/VdxQ22F85nkaVmTnzxkO6zhjpmiQP9
Let us know if you will need assistance with that and make sure to clear your browser cache after saving the setting in the admin side of the app, in order to see the result on your store front.

Really happy with this app. It seems to be the only one that's actually GDPR compliant with the ability for your website visitors to set preferences etc. Plenty of customisation and customer services were really helpful too.
