Really impressed. Had an email about an issue. had a clickable link to the live chat with a note of the issues already in the chat. Georgi was really helpful identifying what needed to be updated and giving me step by step tutorials of what needed doing and how exactly to do it. He was patient and helpful. Which is even better as we are on one of the lower plans.
Very helpful team. Even though this feature was not yet released on their platform, they proactively worked on adding it. As a result, all customers can now benefit from this improvement. Special thanks to John for his outstanding support and commitment to customers!
